Our latest Koh Samui wellness adventure included stays at a trio of resorts that all approach wellness in their own unique way. From the Whatever/Whenever philosophy of W Koh Samui, to the holistic wellness approach at Kamalaya and the plant based retreat experience at Kapuhala, each resort offered something completely different.
These three luxury resorts also served nutritious and delicious plant based and vegan food that was unique to each of them. From the 100% vegan Kapuhala and its fully plant based Sicilian restaurant, to the vegan wellness cuisine at Kamalaya, we were incredibly well catered for. But our plant based culinary adventures started at W Koh Samui where we were excited to sample dishes from the brand new Thai menu that had recently been created by Executive Sous Chef Bee.
